The spacious room was exactly what we needed for our toddler, and the breakfast was excellent. We liked the attention to detail from the front desk team when my son got the complimentary drawing kit. The swimming pool kept all the family active, steam room and sauna were busy during the weekend. Friendliness of staff and greetings everywhere made us feel like home. Restaurant and Bar team, great service. The breakfast set up, layout and variety of cold and warm station was a delight. A lot of staff attending and refilling the stations. Compliments to kitchen team. Parking was convenient and safe for a small daily fee. The great location of the hotel in Swindon made our trips to Cotswold and nature parks more pleasant and reduced driving time to half an hour.

Baicoana

We were on a cycle tour, so I called ahead to check if we could store our bikes securely and we were told that we could either use some private storage within the hotel or keep our bikes in our room (which we did). The reception staff were very accommodating with this and even called for a taxi when we enquired about local taxi services. The hotel's shared areas were well kept, clean and nicely furnished. The sports facilities were perfect for our needs, we used the pool, sauna and steam room. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds and bedding and the complimentary toiletries were a decent quality with pleasing scents. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

The rooms were perfect. They had everything we needed. We were even given extra milk at reception. There were free non alcoholic cocktails in reception for guests to try. After a busy day shopping this was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was amazing, but the first morning we reported that the sausages were not cooked properly and that was why we had not eaten them. The staff acted quickly to remove all the remaining sausages from the breakfast bar. The staff apologised. The next morning the sausages were fine, however I did not have any just incase.

We've checked-in at 9:30pm coming from Heathrow Airport to pick-up my sister, upon checking in, we've been greeted by Sydelle with her big smile and welcoming presence. The check in was smooth, easy and was a very pleasant experience with Sydelle being kind and courteous the whole time. She was considerate to the situation of the long journeys my sister took and was very polite and want to thank her for such a wonderful welcome and her professionalism. Please do pass on our thank you as we didn't get the chance to say it again when we checked out.
